- We are organic! Many of our cheeses are made with organic Cow and Sheep milk and we are Soil Association Registered.
- If you have guests with an intolerance to cow milk, we can provide cheese made from either sheep or goat milk.
- Minimal Food Miles - using milk from the cows on our farm means that the milk travels a very short distance before it's made into cheese.
Our unique cheeses are made from sheep and cow milk and are organically produced at High Weald Dairy - the milk is sourced from cows that graze on our own farm pastures, meaning that many of our cheeses are made in-house and are free from additives, colourings and preservatives. We also produce a delicious range of goat cheese and if required, we can acquire cheeses from other sources.
All our cheeses are pasteurised and made with non GMO Rennet making them suitable for most people. For those of you who are intolerant to cow milk, our exceptional sheep and goat cheeses provide a delicious alternative.
