Let me introduce myself! My name is Sarah Hardy, and along with my husband, Mark, and a close-knit professional team, we make up High Weald Dairy, a family run cheese-making business that has been operating for more than 20 years.  Based on an Organic Farm in the High Weald of Sussex, our award winning cheeses have helped us to establish a reputation as one of the finest cheese-makers in the country.

Quite simply, we are passionate about cheese!

As our reputation has grown, many people have been asking us to provide a selection of cheeses for special occasions such as weddings. Like most people, I love weddings and parties and all the excitement associated with them, so this has become a venture very close to my heart. Our celebratory cheeses have proved so popular that we have now set up Cheese not Cake as a successful sister business to High Weald Dairy. Being able to present our delectable cheeses in stunning and creative designs for those special occasions have added a dimension to our business that has simply flourished.
